Allison Hickman -   Allison has been dancing since  she was 3 years old.  Her training includes ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, hip hop and tap.  She began her training at the Waynesboro YMCA and later danced at Mar-Le-Nie Dance Studio in Chambersburg, PA.  At age 13 Allison began dancing at Beckie's Dance Studio in Waynesboro and has been dancing there ever since!

           Whle in college, Allison preformed with the Emotions Dance Ensemble of Elizabethtown College.  She was also a member of the Elizabethtown College Varsity cheerleading squad and served as co-captain for 2 years.   Allison took classes at various studios in Philadelphia and later taught ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop at Upper Merion Dance and Gymnastic Center in King of Prussia, PA for several years.   Allison continues her dance education by attending classes at Broadway Dance Center in Manhattan, attending many teacher workshops including Broadway Dance Center Teachers Workshop and Dance Teacher Magazine Summer Conference and attending regular classes with The Nee Danse Company of Harrisburg.

           In addition to her dance career, Allison is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is currently a pediatric resident physician at Penn State Children's Hospital / Hershey Medical Center.  She continues her position at A & B Dance Dimensions in an effort to share her love of dance with the youth of the greater Waynesboro area!

Miss Mary (Advanced Jazz, Advanced Ballet/Pointe, Adult Ballet)  

         Mary has been with Beckie's Dance Studio since the age of 5.  While she danced there, she took all three curriculum's offered: ballet, jazz and modern.  She has been teaching dance at either Beckie's Dance Studio, Wilson School of Gymnastics, City Ballet School in Hagerstown or Four Star Gymnastics since she was a teenager.  She currently teaches the advanced jazz and adult ballet / jazz classes at A & B Dance Dimensions (formerly Beckie's Dance Studio).  She looks forward to every September when she can get back into the studio with the students and teach them.

           Outside of the dance studio, Mary is married to a fantastic husband, has a daughter, Isabella, who just turned 5 and twins, JB and Camryn who are 2.   "Everyone can dance, I just need to help them find their rhythm" is her motto!

        Karlin has been dancing since the age of 11 and has loved every year of it!  She graduated from Waynesboro Area Senior High School in 2006 and now is attending Hagerstown Community College.  Since graduation, Karlin has been teaching jazz, modern and hip hop classes at A & B Dance Dimensions (formerly Beckie's Dance Studio) as a substitute and now is teaching her own jazz, modern and hip hop classes.  In addition to her time spent at school and dance, she is also the guard instructor for the Waynesboro Area High School.  Karlin loves being with all of the kids and hopes to have a fun and successful year of teaching dance!

        Karlin continues her dance education by attending classes at Broaday Dance Center in Manhattan and many teacher workshops including Broadway Dance Center Teachers Workshop and Dance Teacher Magazine Summer Conference.
