A & B Dance Dimensions is now offering classes designed specifically to help adults get in shape. These classes are designed for all ability levels……beginners are welcome!
Yoga for Adults is a beginner- level Hatha yoga class for any adult looking to increase their mobility, flexibility and general well-being. The cass utilizes a combination of breathing exercises, asanas (poses) and guided meditation to build strength and reduce stress.

Adult Ballet / Jazz: Dance is not just for kids anymore! This class is for adults of all experience levels…..beginners are welcome! Ballet and jazz are forms of exercise that uses controlled movements and stretching to improve endurance, strength, coordination, flexibility and overall physical well-being. This class is open to adults of any age!

* Or come try one class for $10 and if you join, your $10 will be credited toward your session!
Please note that our multiple student discounts do not apply to the adult fitness programs.
Clothing: Any comfortable exercise clothing that allows freedom of movement
Shoes: Socks or any dance shoe that has NOT been worn outside.
Please note that for the safety of our dancers, absolutely no street shoes are permitted in the studio at any time.

No! You do not have to wear tights. You may wear any exercise attire that you are comfortable in.
