A & B Dance Dimensions offers classes designed specifically to help adults get in shape and have fun. These classes are designed for all ability levels……beginners are welcome!
Adult Fitness and Dance with Tracy: Each 60 minute class will promote cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Classes will include dance, body weight exercises, stretching and fun! This class is open to all ability levels. Tracy has years of experience in teaching physical fitness and can help participants modify and adapt all exercises to their personal needs.
Wednesdays 7 - 8 p.m.
Sessions ($60/6 weeks):
Fall Session 1: Sept 6 - Oct 11
Fall Session 2: Oct 18 - Nov 29, *no class Nov 22.
Please note that our multiple student discounts do not apply to the adult classes.
Clothing: Any comfortable exercise clothing that allows freedom of movement
Shoes: Socks, bare feet or any dance shoe that has NOT been worn outside.
Please note that for the safety of our dancers, absolutely no street shoes are permitted in the studio at any time.
